Olivia grew up in France but was born in the UK, and returned to Oxford Brookes to study architecture. During her training she was tutored by members of ASF-UK, which gave her a rare opportunity to study postdisaster/post-conflict urban scenarios and to explore the idea of building resilient architecture and communities. She developed an interest in urbanism and the dynamics of public space while documenting the position of graffiti and street art within a community’s struggle to protect their local territory. Olivia joined d u s t in 2016 and splits her weeks between the office and studying for her MArch at Central Saint Martins, UAL. When she gets a second to breathe, she likes to wander fairly aimlessly around London hunting for records and visiting galleries.
