Baldwyn Gardens

In 2018 d u s t was appointed to fully refurbish a Victorian house in Acton, London. We totally reconfigured the internal layout to better suit the lifestyle of its owners, who asked us to create light-filled spaces for relaxing and entertaining. We designed a lofty rear extension to provide a new kitchen and dining room, opened up the ground floor to create a large open-plan living space, and remodelled the first floor to provide a new master bedroom, dressing room, and ensuite. In form and materiality traditional architectural elements are elegantly combined with a contemporary industrial aesthetic. The overall result is a light-filled home full of character, with ample living space for our clients.
