Armoury Way is to be a new 14,000sqft office building adjacent to the A3 in Wandsworth – and it will replace a single-story wine merchant that previously faced the busy road. We were asked to design a scheme with a frontage that would give the illusion of being larger than it is, with upper floors appearing foreshortened. Through a process of painstaking design solutions, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with Wandsworth Council and the property agents to address all of the specific concerns of this tricky location.
